Terms and Conditions
A deposit of £90.00 per person, per week is requested at the time of confirmation, for all reservations. All rooms are offered subject to being available when deposit is received. Guests are therefore requested to ensure deposits arrive within seven days of reservation to avoid disappointment. This deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation of your reservation we make every effort to relet the accommodation, but if we are unable to do so you will be required to pay a cancellation fee which will normally be two thirds of the cost of your booking less any deposit paid.
We will accept payment of accounts by any means including credit cards, but if guests present a credit card we will make a charge of 2% of the total bill to cover the processing fee. Payments can be made using debit card and no processing fee will be added.
